started dietary regiment today, workouts start...
I already feel better. Like, just taking the initiative to make myself a better, healthier, version of myself has gotten me in higher spirits. I’m excited to begin this journey. It’s gonna be hard, but it’ll be worth it. If I work hard, I’ll reach my goal of 130 by July. It may seem far off, but it’ll go fast. I CAN’T WAIT.
